TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you agree to the terms of service.GENERAL INFORMATION:
"I", "me", "my" refers to the artist Serpentigena.
''You'', ''your'' refers to the client commissioning the art.With ordering you are commissioning me to create digital product.
My artwork is created in personal style. Make sure it meets your needs and requirements ( check my portfolio 2025 - 2026 ).
It will take 2 - 5 weeks to finish commission, depending on complexity of your request. If you are communicating sporadically, the deadline may be postponed.PAYMENT
• Payment is via PayPal
• Full upfront paymentCOPYRIGHT & USAGE
• I retain all copyright to the commissioned artwork.
• I reserve the right to share the commissioned art (in small resolution) in my portfolio / online platforms.
• You can share the commissioned art on any platform including crediting me
• If you would like to keep your commission private, further fees are applied (+ 40% of the price)
• You may not profit from personal commissions. This includes reselling, making prints, using it to promote your brand, etc.
• If you want use the art for branding or as promotional content, commercial fees will be applied (+ 50% of the price).
• If you want use the art for selling (as merch, prints, apparel etc.) commercial fees will be applied (+ 200% of the price).
• My art can't be altered or reproduced without my consent.
• My art can't be used for AI or NFT.
• The sketches can't be finished by another person or AI.RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
• No disrespectful or harassing communication is allowed.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any stage (in this case refund guaranteed).
• I reserve the right to not accept your commission request for any reason.REFUNDS
All service fees and payments are non-refundable, except when :
1. If you cancel the request before I start drawing, you may ask for refund
2. If I'm not able to finish the commission for any reasonPROCESS
• When I accept the commission, I will send you PayPal invoice.
• After payment is received, I will start working on sketches.
• I will send you at least 2 sketches ideas including lighting options. I will work on the one you will choose.
• Overall 4 times the drawing will be sent to you for revisions
• 1st and 2nd revision is in sketch stage, where major changes can be done.
• 3rd revision - when flat colors, shadows, mood and very simple rendering are done, minor changes can be applied
• 4th revision - when artwork is fully rendered and finished, some minor changes can be done.
• Further revisions beyond limit are charged extra fees.
• When commission is complete, you will receive jpg and png file in original resolution (7K, 300dpi) via your email.

PRICE LIST

Ratio of format doesn't affect the price.
I draw only simple background ( i.e. blurred background with particles, simple wall with textured brushstrokes, simple floor etc.)
Additional character +70% of the price.
Possibility of adding flowers ( + 20 € ).

Portrait: 190€

Half-body: 260€

Knees-up: 330€

HOW TO ORDER

• Send the email on [email protected] with included informations about order :
1. Usage (personal / promotional / selling merch)
2. Type (portrait / half-body / knees-up)
3. Format (vertical / horizontal wallpaper)
4. Background (blurred / textured)
• Your PayPal email
• Attach references in jpg, png or pdf files (no links, no zip or raw format)
• You can describe your requirements, mood, theme, what kind of pose you would like me to draw etc.NOTE: Feel free to send me your favourite piece drawn by me. Sometimes I experiment with styles, so this will help me to understand what style you prefer the most.
